Completion process at a glance
As soon as we have jointly agreed on your desired ring design or - if you are a retailer - a complete set, the manufacturing process begins. With the utmost precision, we use special processes that are customised to the metal and style you have chosen. To guarantee an excellent result, we take the necessary time for every detail. You will find out the estimated production time for your rings during our consultation.
Rough overview of the production time:
- Gold rings: Approx. 2 weeks
- Gold rings with carbon: Approx. 3 to 4 weeks
- Stainless steel, titanium, black titanium, silver: Approx. 1 to 5 working days

Ring try-on for private customers
After the basic idea of your ring has been created, you as a private individual have the opportunity to try on a ring. In this way, we ensure that your rings correspond exactly to your ideas and make possible changes, such as ring size adjustments.

Finishing, engraving & quality control
After the initial fitting, many couples have their rings enhanced - be it with laser engraving, precious alloys or diamonds. Before the rings leave the studio, they undergo a strict quality control process. The dimensions, alloy and appearance are checked and you receive a certificate with a photo and all the details of the alloy and stones.

Secure dispatch of wedding rings
Collection, dispatch & debriefing
As soon as your rings or ring set (for retailers) are ready, we will inform you immediately. You have the option of collecting the rings in person in a stylish case by prior appointment or, in the case of retailers, receiving the ring set together with matching promotional material. Alternatively, we offer secure despatch by insured post. If a complaint is necessary, please return the rings to us together with a copy of the invoice or the certificate. Processing usually takes place within one to two weeks.

Guarantee and aftercare service
Every ring comes with a 2-year guarantee. Should any problems occur during this time, we are always available to make adjustments or repairs. Our IT staff are also on hand if you have any questions about configuration or technical problems.
